Movie Trailer: Somewhere
Sofia Coppola’s new film is finally coming out. One of Coppola’s previous works Lost in Traslation easily makes it on my “Top 10 Favorite Films” list. I love this trailer. I think the music in it is what does it for me. I never got on The Strokes bandwagon but this version of “I’ll Try Anything Once” is perfect here.
Somewhere stars Stephen Dorff, whoplays what seems to be a pretty irresponsible actor who gets an unexpected visit from his young daughter. I first saw Dorff in the indie film S.F.W. when I was in middle school. He never really broke out after that. I really hope this brings his talent to the surface. Focus Features seems to have the magic touch so I’m really looking forward to this one. Somewhere should be in theaters on December 22.
